Founder & CEO
Ravi is the founder and chief executive officer of Sherav Hong Kong Ltd., overseeing the strategic vision and product roadmap that have grown the Sherav community to more than 100K satisfied customers in last 23+ years across the world. Ravi has been pioneer in imagining customer requirements to help them discover the right product for enhancing their brand building and relationship with the audience. He previously has founded Narmah Hong Kong limited, one of the pioneer companies in specialised product trading and procurement. Previously to Narmah, Ravi has been associated with Puerto Rice Investments Ltd, Taiwan overseeing their sales and marketing activity across Taiwan.
He has completed his leadership skill enhancement program from London Business School. He has graduated from H R College of Commerce and Economics and has done his schooling from St. Xavier’s Boy’s Academy. He loves playing football, reading books and following global markets. He is actively involved in multiple charitable activities in Hong Kong.

As the director sales, Rakesh leads Sherav’s business development, channel partnerships with manufacturers and direct Marketplaces
Rakesh holds Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and has done his schooling from Model Higher Secondary School, Bhopal
Outside of work, Rakesh is passionate about world travel, live music, and nightlife
Sales Director – USA & Europe
As the sales director, Annie leads Sherav’s Sales & Business Development with customers primarily in Europe, UK, and USA.
Annie holds Bachelor from Hong Kong and has done her schooling from Rosaryhill School
Outside of work, Annie is passionate about singing, spending time with family. She also loves music, books & pets. she is an animal lover and actively involves in helping create awareness
IDENTIFICATION OF RELEVANT SUPPLIERS
We help you identify suppliers using our unique supplier identification and qualification criteria needed for each supplier to become a supply partner. We check certifications, assess the geo-political climate of the region, gauge financial stability, align manufacturing and shipping locations to your needs and carefully review product information.
NEGOTIATION AND AGREEMENT
Our deal making strategy is accentuated by our everyday actions. We build and maintain solid communications with suppliers, research actual costs of individual components and finished goods, understand trade jargons/lingo used in particular industries, discover areas of mutual gain, check every enquiry with multiple suppliers, pay higher advances, and most importantly, we value and build long term business relations that in turn help us negotiate safer business terms and better deals.
LABELLING AND PACKAGING
A Business Standard report claimed that two thirds of people say that packaging has an effect on their buying decisions. Our design and sourcing teams work together to bring unique packaging solutions to life. Our packaging designs help your product stand out from the shelf or website, enhance sales, provide relevant information on the product and augment interest.
SHIPPING CONSOLIDATION
We always have our customers interests at heart and understand the value of timely delivery. Some of our customers even authorize us to take logistical decisions and actions on behalf of them. Instead of going through the hassle of organizing different shipping solutions for each order, sometimes we put all individual consignments in the same order and send them together. Then, we send an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) to the buyer to inform them of their order consolidation. Consignments will be combined with consignments from other brands and companies to be sent to their destination country; once they arrive, they will be passed onto local couriers for last-mile delivery. Consolidating orders can save you money and help you optimize your fulfilment processes.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
We believe Customer feedback is essential to guide and inform decision making and influence future innovations and changes to our service. We funnel through customer feedback to measure customer satisfaction. Getting a view on how customers feel about our company is invaluable to us, and we value customer feedback at the highest order.
CONCEPT AND DESIGN RENDERING
If you can describe or draw it, we can make it. This is the process of adding physical attributes and details, such as shape, size, color, shading, texture, and lamination, to a grid frame (or wire frame) that in return creates realistic images on a screen.
MANUFACTURING UNIT VISIT
There's no substitute for a formal audit of a supplier's facilities. We form our judgement based on the factory organization, factory capacity, working conditions and instructions, production equipment, inventory levels and product samples.
PRODUCT SAMPLING AND QC PRODUCTION
Clustered Sampling Procedure, the most precise and effective sampling procedure is used by our quality inspectors while they physically visit factories to check quality, quantity and packaging of the goods.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Safety is a top priority at Sherav. Products sourced by us must comply with relevant laws and regulations always. Sherav offers customers millions of items, and we have developed, and continuously refine and improve our safety practices and audit compliances.
CUSTOMER DELIVERY
We accept all widely used Inco-terms like EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Good after sales service has helped improve our firm's long-term brand image and brand loyalty. We ask for feedback, offer discounts, nurture leads via e-mail and other lines of communication, promote innovative releases to customers who have brought from us before and we maintain an efficient sales and support service for each of our customers. In this way we have built and retained long term client relationships.
